There are many good home inspectors in the Twin Cities area, but most of them are not good educators.  When considering who provides the best value in an inspection, it is important to consider that buying a house means maintaining it and, some day, selling it.  A written report provides a snapshot in time but does very little to answer questions about how to live in and maintain a home.  CHI inspectors are different.  By sharing the inspection process with our clients, we not only provide the snapshot report, we can explain how things work, how to maintain a home, and answer questions.  A cold written report from a non-educational inspection might cost less, but is it really a good value?
